SHAPING
Collectively, eden surfboards’ shapers have decades of experience creating custom shaped surfboards for professionals as well as beginning, intermediate and advanced surfers from all around the world. Every custom crafted surfboard begins with a shaper roughing out a design from a precast foam blank with jigsaws and planers (balsa boards are available upon request for the ultimate classic surfing experience). Once a rough shape is formed from the blank, the board is then fine-shaped by hand with sanding blocks and sanding screens developing a blend of curves, contours, and volume distribution for your perfect ride.
